Payments

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We use PayPal as our payment processor. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make your payment. You will be able to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.

If you choose to pay by eCheck through your PayPal account, please be aware that PayPal takes up to three days to process your payment. Your order will not be processed by us until your payment has cleared.

You may also pay by mailing a cashierís check or money order to:

Q. Do you have layaway?
A. Yes! You will love our
Baby Fashion and Bedding Layaway Plan. With four easy steps, you can put your items on layaway. We have easy terms and flexible payments with no credit checks and no hidden fees.

Orders

Q: What is the status of my order? How can I find out my order status?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed. Click on the "My Account" link located in the top right corner of any page on the website. There is also a link at the bottom of every page on the website. You will need to login to view your order status.

Q: I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
A: For tracking purposes, we require cancellation requests to be submitted in writing via email to: orders23@babyfashionandbedding.com. We will reply back within one (1) business day. If you do not receive a response to your request to cancel within 24 hours, please call us at 1-800-667-BABY to confirm that your request arrived.

Q: I want to return my order. Do you accept returns and how do I go about that?
A: We do accept returns and are happy to accept them. You will need a Return Authorization in order to do a return. Please start that process by visiting our
Return Authorization Request page.

Returned items must be in original condition and they must be returned with all of the original packing materials and documents provided.

Shipping

Q: Do you ship to international addresses?
A: No, not at this time. However, we can ship to anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Q: Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico? What about APO/FPO?
A: Yes! We ship to all those locations!!†Please refer to our Shipping Policy Page for more information.

Q: What is the lead time for orders to be shipped?
A: Product lead times vary. Please refer to the product page description which will have the most accurate and up to date ship times listed.

Q: What is the status of my order? How can I find out my order status?

Gift Certificates, Baby Bucks and Coupons

Q. Do you have gift certificates?
A. Yes! And whatís really great about our gift certificates is that they do not expire.

Q: How do I use gift certificates?
A: If you have a gift certificate, you will enter it during checkout in the gift certificate field. Once entered, the amount on the gift certificate will be deducted from your total amount of purchase. If the gift certificate amount is more than the total you are purchasing, the additional amount available will remain on that same gift certificate code. We cannot refund gift certificates once purchased. However, what is great about our gift certificates is they do not have an expiration date.

Q. What are Baby Bucks?
Baby Bucks are a special $20.00 coupon for our VIP customers. You can
join our Baby Bucks program by signing up here. As a VIP, you will also receive advance notices of sales and special promotions.

General Questions

Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Use our
Forgotten Password Feature. Enter the email address that you used when you set-up your account. Our system will automatically mail to you a new password. Once you login, you can reset your password to another of your choosing.

Q: Do you have a store that I can go into?
A: Yes! Our retail store is located in St. Henry, Ohio. Our Store hours vary but we do arrange appointments. Please
contact us for details if you would like to visit our store.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No, we have not yet published a catalog but it is in the works. If you would be interested in receiving a copy of our catalog when itís ready, please to
give us your name and mailing address. We'll send one right out to you as soon as itís ready!

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We only charge sales tax for orders shipping in Ohio. The rate is based on the county and is generally about 7.0%. The actual tax rate will be shown during your checkout process.

Q: Why do I need to create an account?
A: Our system is designed to provide the maximum in customer service. Setting up a user name and password to create your personal account provides you with online access 24/7 to your order status, your order history and other information that you will want to have handy.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Yes, we use PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal uses a secure socket layer (SSL) that is industry standard for e-commerce transactions and provides for secure transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. We do not collect, transfer or store your credit card information. The entire payment transaction is handled by PayPal. You may also mail us a check or money order if you prefer to do so.

Q: Are the colors as I see them on my monitor the actual colors?
A: We make every attempt to portray the colors as they actually are; however, every monitor does vary slightly. For this reason, on bedding, if you need to have specific colors, we suggest you order fabric swatches when available or see the bedding in person to make sure that the colors will work for you before ordering.
